My trip to Upper and Lower Pierce Reservoir

My mother rented a car for five days. On the second day, we went to Upper and Lower Pierce Reservoir. I learned to cycle on two wheels. We also saw a lot of monkeys. I fed one monkey. I also went chasing monkeys. I brought the camera with me so that I could take pictures of them. My sister was scared that the monkeys might bite so she kept running away. After that I went to the night safari and watched the animal show. Then ,I went home. Here's some photos to share with you..

On Monday,we went on a learning journey to Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve there were lots of animals like Mudskippers,Tree climbing crabs,Spiders,Monitor lizards,Paradise Tree Snakes and so on. After flag raising,we waited for a very loooooooooooooong time for the bus to come here. We came in the bus and the bus started moving. Mr Justin told us to read about the animal we were going to see there. Everybody started reading comfortably but me and Hana did not feel very comfortable the seat in font of us was spoilt and the back of the seat kept falling on me. Both me and Hana used our legs to stop it from falling. I told the teacher about it and she told us to move to the seat beside us. After reading,we enjoyed looking at the scenery around us. After arriving we went to a room where we watched a video on Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve. Next,we were given UMPCs to zap 2D barcodes. We went to a place to zap the 2D barcodes. Me and Hana missed 15 barcodes-'.'-oops. Then we ate lunch. After lunch,we went to a bird trail but we couldn't see a lot of birds-'^'-so sad. Then,we went back to school.

How I spent my hoidays

On Saturday I went roller blading to the market with my family. My younger sister wasn't very happy because she could not roller blade because she was too young and my mother said that it was too much trouble going to get her bicycle and so she didn't want to go my father had to piggyback her there. After we went to the market we went home and got dressed for my friend's birthday. When I got there I played games with them and we had a lot of fun. When it was time to eat the cake I couldn't believe my eyes there was a gigantic cake in a shape of a nine with cream teddy bears on it wow -'0'- After that we played more games and played with my friends turtle. finally it was time to go home. After that we came down stairs to go swimming in the baby pool. after that we went back home.

The Beijing Olympic Games

This is the first time in 48 years Singapore ever got a medal for ping-pong. Can you belive it! Although Singapore got Silver I think they did really good. It does not matter weather you have won a trophy or no trophy the thing that matters is that you have tried your best. I didn't get to watch it because I was at my cousin's birthday. I read my teachers blog Michael Phelps has won eight gold medal for the Beijing Olympic games. Wow-'0'-

Racial Harmony Day

Last Monday was Racial Harmony Day. There were games and activities provided for us. First, at the canteen there was some there were different types of food and candy like dragon Beard Candy or Satay. We could also wear some of the traditional costumes like the Sarong and so on then the IT club pupils will take pictures of us. We could also play games that people of other religions play. I only had time to eat some malt candy and play some games-'0'-. I wish I could take some photos to but I had no time. I think I ate a little too much Malt Candy-'='-giggle. After recess, we watched a show the name of the show was 'The Importance Of Being Kapoh'. Then we we went back to class. We made the Bunga Manga. I made two and fixed four then we went home.

1.Cyberbulling is bulling others online.

2.They say bad things to people online.

3.They do not like the person and wants to make fun of him or her.

4.Tell them that it is hurting peoples feelings and they have to stop.

5.I have not encouted any cyberbullies before.

6.Why do the cyberbullies do it online rather than in person.

Back in school

I feel upset about being back in school because I don 't like school. I think school is boring. I wish it is always a holiday. Is not like you can do all the thinks you want to do. There are on toys here. We can't play in class. My targets are engilsh:85 Maths:85 Chinese:85 Scince:95.

• No because last time I bought a drink from stall one the drink need to be put in the cup after I drank it the next day I became sick my grandmother said it might have been the that the cup wasn't washed properly. She told me to not drink those drinks again.

Malaysia-Langkawi

Last Thursday,me and my family went to Malaysia. I didn't like it because there were bugs everywhere and I didn't like the food. I also did not like the smell in the toilet but I like the air con. In Malaysia, there were a lot of monkeys. My mother told me not to feed them or show your teeth at them. You cannot feed them because if you feed one it will call the whole group to get food from you if you do not give to the group they will bite you. If you show your teeth at it it will think that you want to fight with it and it will chase after you. We took a airplane to Malaysia. When we arrived at Malaysia's airport we went to get our luggage then we did some shopping. A van came to take us to the hotel. When we reached the hotel someone brought us to our room. My mother wanted a room near the beach. When we came to the room my mother told us to go to go to sleep because it was already very late. The next day, after I woke up, brushed my teeth, washed my face and put on my clothes. My grandmother, younger sister and me had woke up. My younger sister wanted to go to the beach so my grandmother decided to bring her down to the beach to play. I decided to come too. When we were half way down I rushed back up because there were a lot of insects and I hate insects. I went in to my mother's room.She was putting on some lotion, sun lotion and lip gloss. I put on some too. My father was brushing his teeth. My mother asked me why I wanted to go up when I am already half way down. I told her that there were too many insects. When we were all ready we went down stairs to eat breakfast. After breakfast a van came to take us to the boat ride in the mangrove swamp. I made some new friends on the boat. everywhere I go I just keep making friends. We saw some monitor lizards swimming in the swamp. We also saw some other boats. We went through a crocodile's cave there were a lot of bats. We also went to a floating fish farm. There were sting rays, horseshoe crabs, a big fish, lots of colorful fishes and three eels. I forgot the names of the big fish and the colorful fishes giggle:) We also went to another cave. In the cave there were a lot of rock formations. There also were some fossils of ancient clams. Then we went to another beach in Malaysia. We changed into our swimming costume. I went swimming with my friends. After swimming we collected some sea shells. Next we went to a floating restaurant.Then we went back to the hotel. The next day, after we ate our breakfast a van came to take us to the night market. We ate lunch at the night market. We bought some toys. Then we took the van back to the hotel. We played in the room until it was time to sleep. On the last day, we did some shopping and went to the airport to fly back to Singapore.

Hand foot and mouth disease

Hand foot and mouth disease can spread around very easily.The symptoms are ulcers,fever,sore throat,headache and rash.If you found out that you have one of those symptoms you must inform your teacher.the Hand foot and mouth disease is also called HFMD.You can prevent it by keeping yourself clean eg wash your hands before you eat.Now there are more cases of HFMD in Singapore.Another example of preventing HFMD is by keeping away from crowded places.

Friendship

I am writing about friendship. Friendship means having someone that would care about you, be there when you need him or her and will play with you. It is important to have friends so that you have some one to talk to, cheer you you up when you are sad or to tell you what homework there is when you are sick. You can develop friendship by being there when your friend needs you, by defending your friend from bullies or by helping your friend when he or she is hurt. You can also be friends with people from other countries too. It will help you make more friends.

Computer Games

One of the games I played during the March School holidays is called Baby Dino.

Heres how the game is played. First,you must wait for the egg to hatch. Next,you must feed the Baby Dino with food and water. Lastly,you must let the Baby Dino sleep. When you do not take care of the baby dino you will not earn money. if you take care of baby dino you will earn money.

I like this game because I think the baby dino is cute.

What I did during the Chinese New Year

This Chinese New Year I went to a rented bungalow to stay for four days. It was very big. At the playground, there was only a slide and a swing. However, the slide has a spider on it and it was dirty too. The swing was spoilt and had bird dung on it. So sad.

On the first day, We went to the amusement park but it was closed. So we went to the park and did some cycling. It was very tiring.

On the second day, I ate reunion dinner and played with my cousins. It was so fun! I have four cousins. We went shopping after that.

On the third day, we went New Year visiting. I also played with my cousins.

On the fourth day, we played the whole day at the amusement park. We checked out of the bungalow in the evening and went home.

I wish we could stay at the bungalow again!

My first IT lesson

I thought my first TI lesson was going to be very exciting but it turned out to be very boring.

We had to take some laptops from another class.The laptops were allgrey and very light.We took the laptops from a very big and grey cupboard.Our IT teacher Mdm Phua asked us to switch on the laptops.She also asked us to check whether our laptops had any problems.Some laptops had low battery.After she fixed the laptops with the problems,she asked us to shut them down.

I was very disappointed because I was hoping that we could play some computer games.

It was a fine day on January 3rd 2008 .It was also the first day of school.

Thish year I noticed that we had to sing the National Anthem. I also noticed that the tables were green instead of dark blue.The teacher told us to put our bags on the floor.Putting bags on the floor is not very good because you might trip or step and dirty the bags.There is a new subject called science from this year.We get to learn to play recorders too.

Let us hope that it will be a fun year.
